This was the place that introduced the Slayer coffee machine to New South Wales, and it can be relied upon for a great brew. Bean Drinking has its own roastery, Roastworks, and each cup is prepared by staff who care about every detail. Are the beans come from Nicaragua or Sumatra? Is it single origin or a blend? They have all the answers. The food and snacks are also delicious – try the breakfast brioche with a latte. An eclectic selection of mellow music, from pop/rock to jazz, adds to the atmosphere, and it’s little wonder that the café is loved by local hipsters. The wide lawn close to the café also makes it a good spot for coffee loving mums and their children.
