Blogging is something that I’ve dabbled in before. It’s the writer in me, it’s the need to put thoughts down into a note book. A constant stream of thoughts and ideas, and a fear that somehow those brilliant (yeah right!) waves of creativity vanish just as quickly as they emerged. So who am I and what is this about?

But aside from attention grabbing words that describe me, I think the essence is that I’m someone who is always looking outward. I’m here to expand my horizons, and I’m here to talk about my other other other passion… Cold brew coffee.

It’s why I felt motivated enough to buy the domain, the hosting, and to get myself to push on a coffee microsite!

My intent is to share my purchases with you and give honest feedback. I want to expand my understanding of cold brew, the grow process, the beans, the roasting, the blend, everything that goes into making the only brown water that tastes excellent cold and hot! This feels like the right step to take, and my goal is to seize the opportunity and get myself to that next step in life. This might seem insignificant, but I intend to do the best job I can to give you content fit for posting.

So who am I and what is this about? Coffee. Recipes, honest reviews, the equipment I use, the equipment I have yet to try, everything and always trying that next bean to see what it’s all about.
